3 oz. cream cheese
½ cup butter
1 cup flour
½ cup chopped pecans
1 egg
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash of salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
Combine cream cheese, butter and flour in a food processor or mixer. Press dough into tartlet pans. Mix the remaining ingredients. Fill the tartlet pans with this mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
