1 box yellow cake mix
2 boxes brownie mix
Green food coloring
Tooth picks or frill picks
Prepare cake mix according to the directions. Use non-stick muffin pans and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of cupcakes and bake. Cool completely
Prepare brownies according to the directions. Your finished brownies should be only ¾ inch thick so use a sheet pan and spread the batter evenly. Bake and then cool completely.
Cut the cupcake in half horizontally. Cut out 2” circles of the brownies. Place the brownie round on the bottom half of the cupcake. Squirt some of the red frosting and some of the yellow frosting. Use some green food coloring in the coconut. ** Place the coconut on top to look like lettuce. Top with the other half of the cupcake and use a toothpick to keep it all together.
**If you prefer you can use green frosting instead of coconut
